[ARCHIVED] Student trying to reset a password- no one is responding after 4 days! HELP

I am teaching a course on the Free for Teacher- I have a student who has forgotten her password and for 4 days has been requesting help at resetting. She has sent through the request a reset and then twice has gone through "report a Problem" and no one has responded or helped her. We are now one week into the course and she is behind and we are both frustrated. Is there a telephone number/e-mail address for me, as the teacher, to get her some help. This is so frustrating! Suggestions???
