Hi, 

I want to download the contact emails for all of the students in my class so that I can add them to a group for access to a specific Google Doc. Where can I find the email addresses, and is there an easy way to download the email addresses for the entire class as a list?

I think the easiest way to do this is to export the "grades" tab from your Canvas. Then select "actions" and hit "export."

This will open as a CSV, but you can export to Excel. It gives you lots of information, including all their grades, but then you can copy and paste all the email addresses right in to a Google Doc!

If your school uses something other than email address as the user ID, you can go to New Analytics and choose the Class Roster option under the Reports tab.
