Have started using Office 365 integrated assignments. Have one student that cannot see the Word doc in the canvas assignment I created, but sees a login button instead under the initial assignment instructions. She tries to login using her canvas login, but no joy. Not sure if she has used her Office 365 info which should be the same as her canvas login... She is the only student with this problem since everyone else has edited and submitted the document in the assignment. Questions are: why is she seeing the login button when no one else does? And, what login does she need? Does it matter what browser she is using? Thanks!

@harrisj The login would be whatever your institution uses for the O365 logins which may or may not be the same as their Canvas login. She should test and see if she can log into O365 outside of Canvas. There could be an issue with her account or somehow her password is messed up between the two systems (such as it got changed but not successfully on O365).
A last ditch effort may be to switch the share setting on your document in O365 to "Anyone with the link" which should bypass it even looking for a login.
I have seen this error before but trying the above suggestions finally got it working. Hope they work for you too!
