How can I stop Canvas from pushing emails and notifications to my University email?

Hi  @jeannie-hacker- and welcome to the Canvas community.
You can choose which notifications you receive and how often by going into your Notifications settings from the Account menu. There are notifications for various Canvas occurrences such as announcements and discussion posts, and for each of these you can choose whether to receive the notification immediately, daily, weekly or not at all. If you don't want to receive any emails, click the cross icon ("Do not send me anything") for each of the notification types.

You can adjust your Canvas Notification Preferences to set what notices you get from Canvas, and to what contact method they are sent to. You did not let me know if you are a teacher or a student6, but the process is the same for either role. Learn more at ...........
