[ARCHIVED] Show commenting on assignments

Is there a way that there can be some type of indicator by a student's grade in the gradebook to "show" that I, as a teacher, have made a comment on a particular assignment? I'm thinking of something like a small green bubble or something?? This would SO helpful!

Hello there,  @charlan ...

Please have a look at the information in this Guide for students: How do I use the icons and colors in the Grades page?.  The section on "Submission Details Icons" shows the Discussion Icon (labeled as #2 in the screenshot) when comments have been made by either the instructor or the student.  The icon doesn't seem to differentiate between comments left by students an instructors, though.  I hope this helps, Cheryl.
