Can I share a rubric with a partner teacher?

Our very own wonder from down under,  @Bobby2  , answered this for somebody a couple months ago, and I will paste her response here..............

Thank You for your question. It's a beauty.

I wasn't too sure but a search has helped me to learn how to do it too. Here are a couple of ideas:

• Canvas Rubrics  - scroll down to 'share a Canvas rubric'. I'd never have thought to make a blank assignment. 
• Kona Jones has some good ideas here Sharing a rubric

And a Feature Idea suggestion if you feel like voting:

Ability to share a rubric to the Commons

I'm keen to know which option works best for you in this situation.
