My students are getting an ACCESS DENIED page when they try to open my module.  What am I doing wrong on my end?

Hi klasutton:

There are several reasons why your students might be getting this message.........

• Is the module published?, How do I publish or unpublish a module?
• Have you restricted the module in some way?, How do I add prerequisites to a module?
• Have you locked the module until a specific date?, How do I lock a module?
