Hello  @greenet ...

Scheduling a Zoom meeting in Canvas will depend a lot on whether or not your school has the Zoom LTI Pro external app integrated in your Canvas environment.  You will want to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they can help answer that question for you.

Once you have determined if Zoom has been integrated in your school's Canvas environment, you should see a "Zoom" button show up in your course navigation.  (If not, you could always check your course "Settings" page to see if it is currently hidden: How do I manage Course Navigation links?.)  If you have the "Zoom" course navigation button, then you would be able to click on it and start scheduling your Zoom meetings.

The Zoom integration is really nice inside of Canvas, but you don't have to necessarily have it integrated in Canvas in order to use it.  You can always go out to your Zoom account via their website (zoom.us) and schedule your meetings that way, too.  Then, once you've scheduled a meeting, you can send your students all the detail of the Zoom meeting via a Canvas message.  One of the nice things about the Zoom integration is that your Canvas administrators can configure the integration to automatically send a message via the Canvas Inbox to each of your students whenever a Zoom meeting is created, edited, or deleted.  It can also be automatically added to the Canvas Calendar.

Hopefully this will be a bit of information to get you started.  Please let Community members know if you have any other questions about this, Tywana.  Stay safe...be well.
