Hi, I am uploading all my files etc to Canvas.

For each of my Assignments I have rubrics that I have already made that are like this:

Is there an easy way I can copy these into Canvas?

If you just want students to be able to view the Rubric you can upload it as a file within the Rich Content Editor for the Assignment instructions. But if you want the students to be able to see it AND you want to use it to grade within Canvas you'll want to create the Rubric in Canvas and that can't simply be done with an upload.  Check out the page linked below to see how to create and add a rubric to an assignment.
