[ARCHIVED] Roster/People with no names

Hi,
In the free Canvas for Teachers version, 9 participants enrolled but no names are showing up on the PEOPLE tab; the others show up fine. Without names, it is not possible to email them through the INBOX or put them into GROUPS.
