Hi, this is a community where we focus on the how to's of various aspects of using Canvas.  I am sorry that your case has not been resolved yet.  In order to continue working on your case, please reply to the email that you received from Instructure Canvas with your message and make sure to provide the Case number that you mentioned above.  You can also submit a ticket to the Canvas Service Cloud if you would like.

Depending on what you deleted, you may be able to recover some or all of your content via the "undelete" trick.  Check out Undeleting things in Canvas‌ by  @hollands ‌.

Another option for you might be to log in to your school's "beta" or "test" environment to see if the content still exists there.  Then you could bring it back into your course.
