The first quiz that was given back at the beginning of the semester is a physical quiz, that just needs the grades input.
However, when I made the quiz the points are set to zero.
If I go into the quiz to edit it, there is no points section to change what the quiz is worth.
How can I change this without deleting this entire quiz and starting over from scratch?

Hello @ashley_foster2 Welcome to the Canvas Community!
Since your paper quiz has already been assessed and scored, there's no need to make it a quiz in Canvas. Make it a no-submission assignment and then you can set the points it's worth and enter the scores.
From https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10113-415241285
In the Submission Type drop-down menu, select the type of submission you want to accept for the assignment. By default, the submission type will be set to Online.
- No Submission is when you do not want students to submit an assignment in Canvas. This assignment type can be used to create extra columns in the Gradebook, or when you want to create an assignment that involves multiple scores. Submission Type does not apply to Not Graded assignments.
Hope this advice helps,
Cheers - Shar
