[ARCHIVED] Request to Change Canvas Default Email Address

Good morning!  I cannot seem to find where I can change my default email address, which is my Harvard work email address, to my personal email address.  I would be very grateful for your help!  Thank you so much!.

Hi  @maura_madden  and welcome to the Canvas community

You can add another email address by going into your account settings from the Account menu on the far left of the screen. Once you've added the email address, you can then set it as the default. These pages describe how:

However some institutions prevent users from making changes to their account settings. If you find that you can't change the email address as described here, you'll need to contact the local Canvas admin at your college and ask them to make the change for you.
