I posted my daily practice as a quiz so my students can put in their answers. I only allowed one attempt and told them if they did an online tutorial I would allow them to redo. How do I only allow redo attempts to those who did tutorials? I tried reassigning it but that did not work. Thank you

Hello Kiri and welcome to the Canvas Community!

In Canvas this is referred to as moderation.  If you select your quiz from the Quizzes menu one of your options will be "Moderate this Quiz"  Clicking this option will allow you to edit the number of attempts each student will be allowed.
