Problems with developing a module quiz.

I created a quiz in module one of my canvas course.  Somehow, it repeats itself in all 13 modules!  If I delete it in module 2 it deletes it in module one!

I dont know what possible instruction I could have given that would cause it to duplicate itself in all of the modules.

Obviously I cant create quizzes in any of the other modules right now.

There are 22 people ahead of me when I call the instructor hotline and the live chat just circles and circles.

I'm sorry to hear about this extremely strange behavior! And hopefully by the time you get this reply, you've gotten some resolution to the situation and can share what the solution is.

In the meantime, will you post a screen shot of your quiz settings and a screen shot of your module(s) with the self-duplicating quiz?

I'm hoping the issue is just a display glitch on your end and not really duplicating itself. If the situation persists those screen shots will be helpful when you submit a ticket to Canvas. How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
