How does one post a word file in a discussion?

Hello Mike!

Welcome to Canvas Community (:

Here are the text instructions, but if you need a guide I'm going to post them below

  1. Click the reply field
  2. After adding content using the Rich Content Editor to the discussion reply, click the Attach link.

    Note: If you do not have a file attachment icon in your Discussion reply, your instructor has disabled this feature.

  3. Depending on your browser, click the Choose File or Browser button to locate personal files on your computer.
  4. Browse personal files on computer and select the file or files you wish to attach. Double click the selected files or click the Open or Choose button to upload the files to the discussion reply.
  5. Click the Post Reply button.

The instructions are the same for both instructor & student , but I'm going to leave the guide below for both :smileygrin:
