[ARCHIVED] Please make re-submissions re-populate the To-Do list

When a student submits something in a format I can't open, I assign a provisional 0 and give the student a chance to submit a different file format.  Something is going wrong somewhere behind the scenes, and those re-submissions are not connecting to my to-do list to tell me that the student has done the work.  Please repair this problem ASAP.

 @am24993 , greetings! My experience has been that if a student resubmits to an assignment that it will show up in my To Do list. If this isn't your experience, then you need to contact Canvas Support to see if they can assist. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
