Can you pause a test and resume later if you run out of time?

Hi  @dannyhowell  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

You can exit and resume a test in Canvas, but here is the clincher - the timer on the test never stops running. So if your teacher gave you a 60 minute time limit on the quiz, you started at 10 a.m., then left it at 10:10 a.m., you would still have to get that quiz done by 11:00 because Canvas will automatically submit it at 11: a.m.
