[ARCHIVED] One username but multiple, unique user profiles

Is there significant demand for one username/password which would allow multiple, unique user profiles to access different courses within a catalog?

Scenario:

Human resources group supporting a manual labor industry where the participants likely do not have email addresses.

Potential solution:

Netflix like when there is one username/password for a family but each person in the family has a different profile. The HR person would maintain the primary username/password and be able to add profiles under the primary account. The profiles would have access to their needed content.

Snafu:

How would an LMS be able to handle multiple profiles under a single username/password and maintain confidentiality and gradebooks between users?
