[ARCHIVED] One student's Quiz score is not hidden AND is not affecting her grade. Why???

I made a Canvas Quiz and assigned it to multiple students in multiple classes. They took the quiz and I am using SpeedGrader to score them. Before I began, I set scores to post Manually, and as I began grading, the column heading for the quiz indicated the scores are hidden and will be posted Manually.

All was fine until I scored the third quiz. That student's score was not hidden AND, unlike all the other scores, it was not calculated into her overall grade when it was posted. No matter what score I post, it is not hidden and has no effect on her overall grade.

IDEAS???

Hmmm... I quit out of Canvas and logged back in and this issue seems to have resolved itself.

Odd that nothing worked until then.

My new advice about Canvas is: When in doubt, turn it off and back on. Kind of like having an old computer!
