Since the school year has started, I haven't been receiving any email notfications about class announcments, grades, etc. like before. In my settings it says that Canvas was unable to send emails to my email address. How do I fix this? Also, I was told that Canvas also sends notifications on the app but when I try to enable it, it says that push notifcations are not enabled for this device. I have a Samsung. Do push notifications not work for these phones? Thank you!

Hi @tiffanywu2000 ,
You will need to make sure of two things:
- Push notifications are turned on for the Canvas Student app through your phone's settings
- You need to turn on notifications through the web:
