[ARCHIVED] No notifications

I had this problem back in January, and it is happening again.

I stopped receiving notifications as of 8 am this morning.  Is there a problem with the system?  Thanks!

To my knowledge, I am not aware of any issues with notification settings in Canvas.  You can always check status.instructure.com to see if Canvas is operating smoothly or not.  I would also suggest that you reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk...as they may be able to dig a bit deeper into your account to see if there is anything they can see on their end that would be preventing you from getting notifications properly.  Here's a Guide on how to contact Support: How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community.  If you do end up contacting Canvas Support, please report back here once you've been able to find a solution ... so that we know how they were able to help you.  Thanks!  Take care...be well.
