@rhonda_pellow , you should be able to click on the three horizontal lines at the upper left of the screen to show and hide the course navigation menu from your view.

Thank you Stephanie, I knew it would be an easy fix, but just couldn't find it. I made my own buttons in the end. But I will know for next time. Thanks again.
