[ARCHIVED] My students cannot get into the course

I had students register for an account yesterday. Some used a class code. Now 2 students cannot get back in. I have tried deleting them on my end and then resending an invite, but then it says their email is already registered. The problem is, when they reset the password, they never receive a reply back with a reset link. I have created the course on free for teachers. It is not part of the institution. I have read everthing and am at a loss as to how to get them back in the course. Please help.
