[ARCHIVED] My Course isn't Showing up

My Course I guess started 3 weeks ago but I haven't been able to see it or even access the course. I have emailed my instructor and my councilor and they both don't know. What should I do?

It's unfortunate that neither your instructor nor your counselor were able to assist you, as they are the right people to have contacted. Course enrollments are managed by your school, not by Canvas itself—so while we're happy to assist with how-to questions about using Canvas features, our members aren't able to access student enrollments in accounts other than their own.
