[ARCHIVED] Moving a New Quiz item bank from course to course?

I'm starting to work on my Sandbox course in preparation for my district to populate my actual courses. I prefer the New Quizzes and was thinking of building up my item banks. However, the Import feature appears to only transfer question banks from Classic Quizzes, not item banks from New Quizzes. I've seen some discussion that item banks are tied to teachers, not courses. Does that mean that my item banks will automatically transfer to any new courses that are created? Or do I need to move them some other way?
