[ARCHIVED] Microsoft Immersive Reader enabled but not functioning

Has anyone else run into this sitution?

I see the immersion reader button enabled on pages but when clicked the accessibily tools do not display.

Greetings! I'd start by making sure you are using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser, and make sure they are updated. Also, try clearing your cache.

If none of this works, try a different computer (if you are able) to see if it's a computer issue or not.

If nothing works, then I'd recommend contacting Canvas Support. To do this, click on the Help link and Report a Problem.
