I'm sorry that you're frustrated as you find grades for your daughter. I'll do my best to share some resources with you and get you connected with the information you need.
How are you accessing the Grades page? Are you using a browser like Chrome or are you using the Canvas Parent app? While both approaches will get you the information you need, the processes are a little different.
When you log in as an Observer, you should see a dashboard with colorful course cards. Then, click the name of the course. That will bring you into the class itself. There, on the left-hand side, you should see a Grades link. Here, you'll see all of your daughter's assignments, submissions, and results.
Alternatively, you can see the overview of all grades in all courses from the Dashboard as well. When you arrive back at your starting screen, scroll to the bottom, and along the right-hand side, you'll see a button that says View Grades.
