[ARCHIVED] Loading an imscc import file

I have Canvas free version for Teachers. I am trying to upload a course I exported from a different Canvas a couple of years ago. When I go to import it times out. The zipped imscc file is under the allocated 250mb, not sure what I am doing wrong? See attached screen shot

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

Are you trying to import it from a wired or wireless connection? 

In your course, under Files, does it tell you how much space is currently being used in the course? Are you under the 250MB to start with?

The other recommendation would be to get Support involved by opening a ticket from Help > Report a Problem.
