Hi. I have a question about the Student App (my experience is with the iOS version but I suspect it's also an issue with the Android version).
I had a student report that a link to an online database in our library did not take her to the right page. I checked with my browser (chrome) and the link worked fine. However, when I checked with my student app, I encountered the same problem. After going in to the class and checking a few times, I re-opened the student app and this time the link work. My IT department suggested that the issue might be that the app relied on an older, cached, version of the course. So, my question is -- how can you force the student app to synchronize and use the latest version of the course?

Hi - Most of the time, closing the app and clearing it from the running app list will force a refresh. However, you can always start from "square one" by clearing the cache. (What Student app options can I manage from my iOS device settings?)
