[ARCHIVED] Issues with outcomes and quiz item analysis

Hi,

I have created a demo quiz on canvas before building a whole year group assessment piece. I am having 2 main issues.

1. I have included outcomes in the course (algebra and number) and assigned one of these outcomes to each question in the quiz. However, when I launch the outcomes analysis it appears to have assigned both outcomes to each question as each outcome has 3 questions listed and both have 1 2/3 mastery score (there are only 3 questions total):

2. The other issue I have is in trying to export the data. I would like a .csv file that gives me the individual question data for each student in one sheet. If I go into reports and enter Quiz and Item analysis it says that no reports are available yet. I have let them time expire for the quiz and still the same thing:

any help would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping this process would run a little smoother.

I would also like to export the outcomes analysis data for all assignments created by New Quizzes at one time versus individually.  Similar to exporting assignment scores found in Gradebook or outcomes results from classic quizzes found in Learning Mastery Gradebook.
