We would like to link a barometer where students can indicate how motivated they feel (give score from 1 to 10 for example). Is there such a plug-in with LTI linkage?

This is an interesting concept, and I like it!

I do not know of any such tool, but I think one could be built using a GoogleForm to collect the students' ratings (on say a daily basis), and a GoogleSheet displaying a graph of the results (with a running weekly total or something). You could embed the question (GoogleForm) on a Canvas page, then embed the resulting graph right below it. The graph, with some hinking, could be set to display either individual or aggregate results. Interactive GoogleForms embed nicely in Canvas.
