[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to send the same email to all my classes at once?

When I send a Canvas email, I am forced to choose once course at a time. I teach 4 different courses. Is there a way to send something to all 4 at once?

Thank you for submitting your question! At this time, Canvas does not have the capability to send a message to multiple courses at the same time. You can, however, send a message to all students in a course: How do I send a message to all course users in the Inbox as an instructor?

There is currently a feature idea for sending a message to all courses at once. You may be interested in voting it up and reading through the comments: Email (message) multiple classes at one time

On the Announcement page I just did, there was a box/rectangle that gave the impression that you could send it to another section of the same class, but it was really asking for the course that you were making the announcement for. I was able to copy and paste to my other class' announcement.

My question was that I saved the document, and it said it's published, but isn't there one more place to officially publish to students. I work on a Mac and I think the screen doesn't show all the steps.
