I have created a group discussion assignment in my course. Is there a way to make the group discussions available to the whole class?

Yes, simply edit the assignment to no longer be a group discussion. How do I create a group discussion in a course?You might also want to review this guide, How do I assign a discussion to everyone in a course?:

If you are just wanting the entire class to be able to review the discussion, but not actually participate in it, then you can also close the discussion to further replies. How do I close a discussion for comments in a course?
