[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to configure the self user enrollment and registration options to be accessed through a sub account?

We are currently exploring options to use the self user enrollment and registration. It will be on our best interest if we could do it through a sub account.

You configure course self-enrollments at the course level. Your admin will need to all this feature to be enabled at the account level.

I noticed that the question wasn't really answered regarding whether or not this feature can be turned on by sub-account? We want our professional development courses to be self-enroll but do NOT want our academic, for-credit courses to be self-enroll. Is that possible without a lot of fanciness? 🙂 We are a small school with few resources to be able to apply code-fixes. Thanks!
