[ARCHIVED] Is it possible, In the message app, to pre-populate the instructors name in the "To:" field

Because I always send to my email whatever I send to my students from the message app, it would be cool if my name would be pre-populated into the "To:" field.  

anyhoo, with as many messages as I send daily, it would eliminate a couple of classes.

 @pimmel2 , what you can do instead is go to your Notification settings in Canvas and adjust the settings for "Conversations Created By Me" to ASAP. What this does is send you a copy of any messages you send out in Canvas. I've been using this for a while and it seems to work quite well.
