[ARCHIVED] Initial Log-In Site Settings

When some of our teachers log in, they are immediately taken to https://...instructure.../accounts/1 and receive an "Access Denied" message. I would like for their Dashboard to show up at login. While they can click out of it, some of our teachers panic.

Are there settings for this anywhere?

I don't *think* there are any settings, but I'm not 100% sure of this.  Might your teachers have a saved link in their browser that they are using that would take them to that page after logging in?  You might want to check if that is the case...and if so, have your teachers edit their saved link in the browser to only point to your root Canvas URL.  (Example: https://SchoolName.instructure.com).
