[ARCHIVED] Inability to see the content of my course

Hello,

My name is Obianuju Chimezie Nwankwo, I registered for Essential Physiology and Anatomy course so I started following the step by step instructions yesterday but I could not download the Respondus LockDown Browser, I was told to upgrade my Windows to the latest version and I did just that but since afterward I have not been able to see the content of the written words in my computer, please what can I do?

Hello  @ujuteke ...

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with this.  As it relates to your LockDown Browser...did you download the LockDown Browser using a unique URL that you were given from your instructor?  You cannot just go out to the web and do a Google search to download the LockDown Browser since the URL you get from your instructor is course/school specific.  If you have used the link you got from your instructor for the LockDown Browser, have you ensured that the browser is up-to-date?
