Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
We have seen issues with images and quizzes when using Safari and Edge. Once the students changed to Chrome or Firefox the images appeared fine. Do you know what browsers they were using?

Robbie:
Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't ask what browser they were using. I was able to workaround it by uploading image files to the chat dialogue box in Zoom for a couple students. The only student that continued to have problems I just shared my screen with and that worked. I'll check on the browser they used. Thnaks again!

same issue here. On Safari. I cannot see *any* image. Clearing my history & cache didn't solve the problem.
@cecile_ane Welcome to the Canvas Community! Are you using Safari 13.1? If so, in that browser version Apple has changed the default setting for same-site cross tracking. You can change it by navigating to Safari preferences and disabling "Prevent cross-site tracking." The images should then display.
Thank you so much! Yes, Safari 13.1 here, and un-checking "prevent cross-site tracking" solved the problem. Thank you!
I've had the same issue when using an external App -Edpuzzle. Students had to disable the "prevent cross-site tracking" so they could access the tool in Canvas.
That's great news, and thanks for letting us know, @cecile_ane and @twilson7 !
