How do I import quiz content from a course?

You didn't say where the quiz was coming from and the links above are for when it is an external source. Generally, you need to export the quiz as a QTI file.

If it is from another Canvas course, then this lesson may help: How do I copy content from another Canvas course using the Course Import tool? 

There are other tools, such as Respondus, that can import quizzes into Canvas.
