[ARCHIVED] I recently updated my iPhone 8+ with the iOS updates and no am unable to use the Canvas app. It will open, but when I try to interact with it, the app closes. Anyone having this issue?

Sorry to hear about this and hopefully you have already found a fix, but if not, my suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall the app and try again. If that doesn't work, my other suggestion would be to contact your local tech support so they have open a ticket with Canvas support. Please post back here when you find a fix or more information. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times. I also reached out to both Apple and Rowan (my local tech support) and neither could help me. Any other suggestions? Or am I no longer able to use this app?

Hi Melissa. One thing to try is to open the Settings app on your iPhone and go down to Student then flip on the switch to "Reset cache on next launch". If that doesn't help, would you be willing to provide a screen recording of the app crashing?

The next step after that would probably be to contact Canvas support.
