[ARCHIVED] I can't make new course

I recently created a new Teacher Account on Canvas, but when I log in,  It doesn't let me create new courses.  It seems as though the New Account is a Student account, and not a teacher's account, even though I choose teacher account.  I had 3 co-workers make a teacher account, and all have the same outcome, cannot create or access teacher functionality.

Hi - Since you joined the initial course as a student, you're not going to be able to switch your role. I know it's extra work, but you'll need to go through the account creation again.
