Hi Angelica,
I have just tried this out myself as well and found the same thing.
I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support via the Help Menu in Canvas then clicking 'Report a Problem'. This will give them all the detail they need to have a look into this as it seems to be something in the back-end and not isolated to any one account (as I too was able to replicate it).
