Are we able to see how it looks when the students access it?  

Is there a "Next" link on each page?

You can view your courses how students see them by using the Student View icon in the upper right corner of Canvas.  It's also available as a button from the Settings area of Canvas.  The Next and Previous buttons are a function of Modules.  So they only appear on pages, assignments, discussions, quizzes, etc if those items are part of a module.
