I am unable to open course files on Canvas.  When I click on dashboard, the courses are in constant movement and will respond to command.  Therefore, I cannot get into my account to post assignments. # Bringing up courses -Canvas

Hi Kristin,

The first thing I would recommend is for you to ensure you're using a browser version that is supported by Canvas (Supported Web Browsers )

If you're using a supported browser I would then recommend clearing your browsers cache.

If that doesn't work I would recommend trying to open Canvas using the browsers #incognito‌ mode to see if that stops your dashboard from being in constant movement. 

Hopefully one of these suggestions will correct the issue you're having.
