[ARCHIVED] How to contact support?

Hi all!

I know this is a silly question, but how do I actually contact support as a free member? I've tried through the form on their front page (the one where you can request a free demo or support), but received a link with a video instead. I've tried calling the UK offices, but I couldn't reach anybody (I did leave a voice message but to no avail). Do you know of any other way? Thanks!

@Konstant , instructions for Free For Teachers users who wish to contact Canvas Support are provided near the bottom of  Free-for-Teacher Account FAQ; the "When should I contact Canvas Support..." section lists the specific requests for which FFT users will receive direct assistance from Canvas Support.
