[ARCHIVED] How to Show Points Total on Individual Grades Page

I am trying to make the points total show on individual Grades pages. Things worked precisely as I wanted them during the Spring semester, but I can't get the same information in my Summer course. I have screenshots below.

I have compared the settings from Spring to Summer, with the two pages side-by-side on the screen. There's no difference. The checkbox for "Hide totals in student grades summary" is unchecked for both courses. I have the same grade scheme enabled for both courses. I have searched and searched, and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help or suggestions? I would appreciate it greatly.

I have the same problem but want the opposite result.  Some of our courses show grades as traditional grade percentages and others as fractions of the total number of points possible. I cannot figure out how to get them all to show as percentages and have spent about two hours searching.

I called and found out how to fix this so I thought I'd share the info with you.

1. Go to Grades (in an individual course or the Blueprint)
2. Scroll to the far right to Total
3. Click the 3 dots
4. Set the preference to points or percentage. (If you see "Display as Points," it's currently displaying as percentage.)
