I have Creighton and work Office 365 accounts and when I tried to upload a video for my class in Canvas I must have been logged into my work account because it connected to it and now it will not let me connect to my Creighton Office 365 account in Canvas even though I have logged out and logged back in and tried it from other computers. Do you have any suggestions?

I would try removing it in the student profile . Settings > Approved Interrogations > Deleting it .
Make sure they are logged into the correct Office Account before authorizing connection again.
When student go to multiple colleges with 365 I recommend they use different browsers for each school.
