[ARCHIVED] How do I publish my course?

I am unable to publish my course because I get an error message about verifying my email address. However, when I go back to that old email to verify it, it says that I already did it. Please offer some suggestions.

I would recommend contacting Instructure Support from the Help > Report a Problem menu.  They might have to correct something in their end.

Hey  @janderson17 . I understand how important it is to have your course materials available to your learners so I'm going to DM you to see if I can help since our support agents are experiencing a high caseload and it may take some time before they are able to get to that ticket.
