I think I'm supposed to eport my classes to the grading program my district uses. How do I go about doing that?

You can export your grades from the Gradebook, and you can also sync your grades to some Student Information Systems (SIS) provided that your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department has configured this.  Here are some Guides for you to look at:
